Fietta Furniture’s history started in 1960, 12 years before its actual birth as a Company.
That very year, Lino Fietta started working as a carpenter apprentice in a wooden manufactoring company.
The history of Bassano wood and art furniture is deeply connected to the features of this territory and its inhabitants.
The city is surrounded by mountains and crossed bt the thriving Brenta River, and since ancient times local community has experienced isolation and a natural aptitude to handwork. As a result, Bassano became the cradle of a unique artisan growth. The bond between nature and human work has been so crucial, that the company lies its own roots in it.
